Summary: The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel was well located and nicely decorated. The room had everything we needed. Our only complaint is that the room was very small. There was barely enough space to walk around the bed.

Summary: We spent 3 perfect days at the Motel One - Mitte. The hotel staff was amazing - the room was very good - and the bar is better than perfect!!!! This centrally located hotel has everything you need, and we will be back next year.

Summary: Great hotel. Location is excellent - right next to the main transport hub station, main shopping street, close to restaurants. Staff at reception was excellent too. Hotel lobby was well done with interesting design touches. Room was clean and comfortable. 10/10

Summary: Great location. Room was very small with poor lighting. No water bottle, coffee/tea or facecloths in the room. The shampoo and body wash are the same bottle, no hair conditioner. Check-in and out was not quick. Lovely bar for cocktails.
